Connectcom is an external service provider (ESP) of outsourcing and consulting service. Our consulting service is based and specialized on Data Center. For its environment, we are able to project a Data Center from the sketch, manage basic infrastructure and provide software which automates process and “server & network” operation.In outsourcing service we are responsible for more than 100,000 customers’ equipments, including desktop, network, storage and servers. We have many contracts including Service Desk – which is specialized in attending level 1, engineering level 2 and having more than 500 analysts in the field service. |
