1. In the subject line of your email, enter the Account Name with title of the issue. Enter this information in the following format:
a. Account Name
b. Title of the issue
2. In the body of your email, please enter the detail description of the problem including Operating System, Active Directory, and Database information. Also, mention what debugging has been done so far.
Attach client/server logs if possible.
