AppStream and UK-based SNS Ltd. Join Forces to Spread Virtualization and Streaming Solutions throughout Europe
Palo Alto, Calif. March 8th, 2007 AppStream, Inc., a leader in on-demand application deployment and management, today announced that United Kingdom-based Simply Network Solutions (SNS) Ltd., has joined AppStream’s European VAR partnership program. Together the companies will concentrate on implementing virtualization and streaming technology solutions to organizations throughout the United Kingdom. SNS, a provider of integrated IT solutions, is headquartered in Middlesex, United Kingdom.
SNS’s strong technical background and track record of successfully implementing virtualization solutions, is well known throughout the UK. As a value added reseller (VAR), SNS will fold AppStream’s streaming technologies into their already proven virtualization service offering, affording clients a more robust and simplified method to delivering and managing their desktop applications.
AppStream’s award-winning streaming technology allows any Windows-based software program to be streamed on-demand, to a client’s desktop without any intervention of IT staff members. The result is a significant reduction in IT labor and equipment costs associated with distributing and managing Window-based software packages on the desktop.

This workshop will feature application streaming technology by AppStream, as well as discussions on the benefits of combining application streaming with desktop virtualization to achieve business innovation.
