AppStream's and Endeavors Announce Settlement
Palo Alto, Calif. June 1, 2007 AppStream and Endeavors today announced a settlement ending all legal disputes between the two companies. The two companies have legally resolved all differences pertaining to patent infringement filed by Stream Theory, now part of Endeavors, in May 2006. The settlement allows the companies to focus resources on their unique contributions to the rapidly expanding application streaming market.
